Ricardo was excellent! He helped us with our luggage, made sure everything was in order , and even helped us get a taxi for the events we had lined up for the time we stayed. Everything was walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, right at the centro of Zacatecas. Parking is at a parter garage a block away. There are several stairs, and codes to get thru the door. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall a great stay!
