"Bathroom needs a lot of updates. Room smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room."

"To start with I made reservations for double beds. I called on the day of check-in to advise I would be a late check-in. The rep advised that would be fine but before the call ended, she wanted to tell me that they had changed my room from double beds to a single stating the third-party site I booked them was not updated. They offered me a 20% discount because of the mistake. When I arrived late that night they then want to advise me there was NO HOT WATER. The rep at the time stated “ they did not tell you when you called”. Implying that they knew this all day long .Of course not. Being so late I had nowhere to go. Everywhere was booked up that there was an event in the city so the following morning I spoke to the manager that advised she would give me 60% off the room. And that never happened. She kept avoiding my phone calls. General manager named Lori Anderson."

"The staff was great. When you see the GM working just like all of the workers that's a sign of good leadership. The beds were very comfortable. The room could have been cleaner but it was still decent. I do wish the rooms had a coffee maker. Overall my stay was very good."
