"We had a lovely stay in one of the river front lodges - so cosy! The location is great, and proximity to everything else in Jasper whilst having the river on your doorstep is perfect. Staff were really helpful and responsive, and the on site shop and restaurant were ideal. Really looking forward to coming back!"

"This place was 2.5 ~ 3 star US motel standard. Half of hotel was under renovation, no amenities. Staff was recommending going to other neighboring property for pool, restaurants etc. Room we got was renovated, but no closet in room, no iron... overall not happy. I planned two day trip, but left after one day. Hotel staff did refund one day... so no issues. I will not stay here again or recommend it."

"For the price of the room, we were uninspired. Our “view” was of the alley. We were surrounded by people on bus tours. No available free parking. Wasn’t sure about the safety of the lot we chose to park in. Good points were it was clean and it is walkable to other things."

"Whistler Inn is an older hotel and I did not expect perfection from them. However, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful in letting us in early and giving us a reserved parking space on a first come first serve basis.. the restaurant staff were also helpful. I know if I had needed anything at all the hotel staff would’ve done their best for me.🙌😃"
