"Amazing accommodation. D’Autor village is a beautiful property composed of several small villas, with a great pool that overlooks the valley. Please is spotless, with great hospitality and very nice staff that is always there to help and answer any questions you may have. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Top Ataide Hotel Reviews

Douro Palace Hotel Resort and Spa

10/10 Excellent

"A beautiful place high above the Douro river. Exceptionally helpful staff. The Spa are is included in the room price plus there is an outdoor pool area with a bar which was closed when we visited in Oct. The hotel offers a collection of activities from guided walks, boat trips live music and a variety of wine and port tastings. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes including a wine pairing menu, everything was tasty and well presented. Breakfast was a buffet and included everything you would want however they aren’t geared up for tea drinkers lol. The only small negative is that the room wasn’t cleared of dirty cups or glasses but beds were made and towels changed. If you want to swim inside you must wear a swim cap which are available to buy."
