"Rooms were spacious by Japanese business hotel standards. I appreciated the separate shower and toilet spaces. Pillows weren't great and were too soft. We tried their memory foam pillows, but they weren't much of an improvement. Take note if you're fussy about pillows! Service was great — friendly and professional.
