I checked in on the 20th of september I charged my I watch that night and the next morning went out... when i got back to the hotel my iwatch was stolen for 2 days it was ln the gps in the area of the hotel.... after i threatened staff with police and media the watch was retuned to me.... they refused to give me a discount or free night for the trouble! Horrible staff!

The hotel was conveniently located to other restaurants and a shopping mall that was needed when the airline lost our luggage! The staff were excellent, kind, helpful and very professional!

Nice Area of Town
The hotel is located in a nice part of the city. The rooms are large and A/C works well. The hotel is new but like any other hotel built in Latin America the construction is not the best. The bathroom door was way off the track and would not closed completely. The shower door was also off by an inch and water spilled onto the bathroom floor.

A nice hotel in a great location
I am happy I stayed in this hotel. Great location, great service, lovely rooms, an incredible view from the roof bar. I only wish the room had more space to clothing, and space to sit.
