Great place to spend a night,we had a room that had a view of Mont Blanc.Staff were exceptionally friendly and I felt they were genuine and they were pleased that we had booked their hotel,was very impressed with the lady that greeted us on arrival and she showed us our room,she made us feel very welcomed and made us feel that we were very important.

On my 17th attempt calling to add parking to my booking, the lady told me I have indoor parking and it will be €65 to pay tomorrow. When I arrived to check in they were rude and told me that I have outdoor parking and it is €95. They completely denied anything they said on the phone.
The room is fine other than the easyJet style furnishings. Also some of the beds were not made, you had to put the duvet cover on yourself, hostel style. So odd.
Other than that, it’s close to the gondola. It’s fine if you aren’t planning to spend much time there.

Very nice over night stop to break up long journey
A night to break up the journey from southern Italy back to Calais, 24 hour reception, so we didn't have the stress of having to arrive by a set time, our son loved that the room as like "a little house" in his eyes with the living room downstairs and the sleeping area up, odd that the only English ...
