We were inclusive of all, staff offered the world, once you approach to assist, they were very dismissive.
Beach/pool towels worked by card system at reception then take card to wellness centre which was inconvenient each time you need a towel, more interested in point of sale for wellness centre.
These could have been set up by the pools or beach.

"We stayed from the 11th-16th August and had a great time! The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist who worked most mornings. We felt very safe. The pool is great and usually had sun loungers available. The shop is cheap and has good options. "I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations – from the warm welcome at the reception to the attention to detail in every aspect of my stay. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and to my delight, I had a pool right in front of my room, which made the experience even more special.

"Fantastic hotel. All staff from porters, reception, bar staff, house cleaning, facilities were incredibly friendly. Private pool cleaned daily and was spotless. Mini fridge stocked daily including extras of the stuff we were using. Great facilities, good edible food at all meal times across all restaurants. Top shelf spirits from friendly bar staff. We will be back in a few weeks for another break."

"It's a really beautiful resort. Great pools, amazing restaurants and food, champagne bar, entertainment, great gym. The team is amazing. Service is really outstanding. Altzen - one of the drinks waiters - is so incredibly hard working. Chloe from the fitness and entertainments team is so effusive about the resort, and she made an effort every day to talk to and engage with guests.
We wouldn't normally go back to the same place but it is so fantastic we have been three times."
