From arrival to departure we found everything absolutely perfect, there is nothing to improve upon. What a fabulous way to be introduced to Istanbul. I had a great stay at the hotel, very conviently situated as it was near the main sites. The terrace restaurant had fantastic views of the surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The Staff at Neorion really went above an beyond to ensure we had a great time in Istanbul. The Room was spotless and comfortable, breakfast was very nice and having a roof top terrace with beautiful views was a great bonus. The location is perfect to hit all the main sites of the golden horn and you're beside the tram line if you want to go further afield. Centrally located. Bazaar literally a stones throw. Lovely staff. Great breakfast selection. Beware tourists love to take pictures just in front of the hotel. Also beware your taxi cannot come to the front door during working hours which is a nuisance.

Incredibly convenient for entertainment and travel (besiktas ferry terminal on the doorstep of the hotel) across the Bosphorus to all areas of interest in Istanbul . Very central for a variety of dining options,Simply marvellous.

Great location, excellent service and brilliant restaurants. We stayed for four nights and had dinners in all the restaurants. Food quality (from Turkish to Japanese) is top notch. Hotel staff are always attentive and caring. In a nutshell, it is one of the best hotels we stayed in.

Really loved our stay at this very classy hotel. It provided the perfect combination of relaxation and sight-seeing - so gald we splashed out and chose to stay here. Although a little distance from the main tourist sights it is more than made up for by the waterside location and lovely heated pool which were were able to use in November. A real gem of a hotel, truly unique and offering something different. I've stayed in many hotels, but I loved this place for its views, internal style, and room layout. We stayed in the loft room, and my daughter loved the split-level design.

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Hotel was very clean. Location was excellent 10 minutes from Galata tower and great for eating out and shopping
