Very handy location and easy to find. Good for transport. Airport bus, metro and ferries. Staff most pleasant and breakfast more than ample.

We could not be happier with our stay and the service we received. We stayed in a deluxe double room with balcony which I picked because I was in Istanbul for surgery and knew I would spend a lot of time in the room, so the balcony gave some much needed extra space and added a bit of luxury too. I needed ice after having surgery and the staff brought me ice a couple of times a day, they were so sweet and helpful. The room was clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable....

Everything was great! The room was very nice, clean and modern and the compliments gifts such as chocolates, cakes and snacks made my stay feel extra special and personalised. The staff were all very friendly and amazing - special thanks to doorman Ozgur who helped us when we checked out as our taxi was late and accompanied us for the whole time. The breakfast was high quality and had a large selection and the pool and spa were top quality and felt very luxurious. Plus, the convenience of having...

Such a wonderful experience

The location is absolutely fantastic, and getting around is very easy and convenient. What really makes this place special is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, making you feel comfortable, welcome and safe throughout your stay. If there is ever an issue, they respond immediately and do their best to resolve it. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. For the price, I honestly think this place offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it and would...

Great all round

Excellent hotel in every way.

Nice boutique hotel with character. Well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A very quick check-in by Barış who was very kind as we received an upgraded room. The room had a bedroom and separate sitting space and bathroom which were all extremely clean and more than comfortable for me, my wife and daughter. Housekeeping were very prompt in coming to set up the sofa bed. We received a very delicious small dessert which was a nice touch. All amenities were included and fully working air-con made our one-night stay very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was vast and...

Great

This is a very stylish and spotless apartment hotel in the Kartal district. The location is excellent for shopping, with easy access to two large malls, as well as Migros and Carrefour supermarkets nearby. The room was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Regarding the metro, it’s a 15-minute uphill walk, but you can easily reach it through the shopping mall to avoid the hill. Just a note: the area is currently under development, so there is construction noise starting...
