Everything was great! The room was very nice, clean and modern and the compliments gifts such as chocolates, cakes and snacks made my stay feel extra special and personalised. The staff were all very friendly and amazing - special thanks to doorman Ozgur who helped us when we checked out as our taxi was late and accompanied us for the whole time. The breakfast was high quality and had a large selection and the pool and spa were top quality and felt very luxurious. Plus, the convenience of having...

Apartment was very large. It was cleaned everyday.New towels when required. Someone always in reception.

The location is absolutely fantastic, and getting around is very easy and convenient. What really makes this place special is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, making you feel comfortable, welcome and safe throughout your stay. If there is ever an issue, they respond immediately and do their best to resolve it. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. For the price, I honestly think this place offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it and would...

Her yönüyle çok keyifli bir konaklamaydı. İlgilenen otel ekibi çok ilgili ve kibar. Konaklamamız da oldukça keyifli geçti. Tekrar tekrar gelmek isteriz

It was very good, but they extra charge for kid even if they under five years.

Great all round

Housekeeping were very prompt in coming to set up the sofa bed. We received a very delicious small dessert which was a nice touch. All amenities were included and fully working air-con made our one-night stay very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was vast and...

Great

Nice boutique hotel with character. Well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect location for my needs, albeit was only there for less than 7hrs! Clean, spacious room & very nice breakfast with outdoor terrace

Friendly staff and great location

We only had a very short stay while we had a long layover in SAW. The staff were very friendly, the room lovely and the bed very comfortable. transfer service very easy, just had to wait a little time at the airport.

I had surgery as to why I chose this hotel based on location. I would say customer service is amazing. Food- i prefer the soups the most, they were good. I would say the only downfalls is the cleanliness. I stayed for 2 weeks, so the sinks needed a propa clean and maybe hoovering which was not done. This one lady cleaner hoovered once and was...
