We got a free upgrade to a king balcony room. Too cold to use the balcony but the room was very nicely appointed - lots of room for suitcases etc. The views (golf course side) were excellent!

Room was spotless and the lobby was exceptionally welcoming. The staff at the front desk greeted us immediately and we used quick checkin beofre we arrived.

Residence & Conference Centre - Ottawa West
Be ready to walk a bit, first from the parking to the reception, then from reception to the room. Although shopping was nearby, the walk was back to reception, then around the building to the shopping centre. If you see something missing, ask. The staff are very polite but don't offer.
