Room was so nice and big, spotless and every staff member our family interacted with was fantastic. Definitely our favorite hotel in the Old Market. Only disappointment was no shuttle to State Wrestling this year due to short staffing issues. But it was totally understandable.

Our pillows were terrible. There was no way to get comfortable in order to sleep. They had no support whatsoever. Therefore we got very little sleep during our stay. Everything else was fantastic! The staff was extremely helpful (shout-out to Penny for her advice!) and the hotel itself was great.

Place is a dump. No access above 1st floor. Pics online make it look like an upscale hotel however it really should be considered a homeless shelter.
