I really liked this hotel. But the extra fees and children not being aloud at the pool were unexpected. Our daughter was very disappointed about not being aloud at the pool. I wish these things were more clear. But the rooms and service were great.

"This was an amazing experience and probably the highlight of our japan trip. The staff is just incredibly attentive. Don’t think we’ve experienced this anywhere in the world. I truly recommend this place for a relaxing few days. The private onsens are also amazing and super easy to book and use."
