"Absolutely amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. I want to give a special shout-out to Mohamad at the reception bar — I had an issue with my suitcase not opening, and as soon as I mentioned it, he immediately asked me to bring it over. He managed to open it right away and even offered me a lock from his own pocket. Such kindness and helpfulness are truly rare! The hotel is extremely safe, spotlessly clean, and the food is delicious. Don’t miss the breakfast — it’s one of the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommended in every way. I would definitely come back!"

"The staff were excellent and food in restaurant and room service were brilliant. The room is on a noisy street and the double glazed windows did not shut out all the noise . But it was tolerable would not deter us from going back to stay there again . The toilets are in need of a bit of iupgrade e.g there was a contant lingering smell in the tiolet, the tiolet seat is not soft closing the toilet basin itslelf got blocked twice but was dealt with immediately. So all in all a nicevpkace to stay and bery convenient location "

"I was very surprised on how modern and clean the room was. The breakfast was also very pleasing and had a variety of options. Even the staff were smiling the whole time and were super nice. If I came to Cairo again, Novotel would be my go to."
