We've stayed in several hotwes near the haram and the Address has been the best. Clean, new rooms, excellent service and breakfast. Short walk to the haram. Good value. We'll be back, God Willing.

Swissôtel Al Maqam Makkah
The room was very clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful, very close to the Holly mosque. The shopping mall was fantastic and there was a great variety of options of food served. I highly recommend it to the new visitors and will come back to you soon. Thank you.

No towels or toilet paper in the bathroom. the staff member were extremely rude. it took the staff members five hours to get a towels and toilet paper. also they were doing construction on the floor above us around 12AM we could not sleep.
