Staff was welcoming and helpful. Triple bunk was super convenient for our family of five! The pool was nice but the hot tub was broken so that was a little bit of a bummer. Appreciated the continental breakfast.

Had a great stay here. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Everything was very good, breakfast was excellent, staff were so helpful particularly Lydia on reception. Great location for train station, river ferry and shops.
