Excellent hotel, 10 mins stroll to Sagrada Familia. Not a posh area, but we prefer that, excellent and good value food and drink options all around you. Only issue was lift a bit unreliable, but we were on the 3rd floor so walked instead.

Awful stay here - it took staff 25 minutes to arrive after I called them the lady on the phone was ridiculously rude. Upon arrival, he didn’t say hello just asked for my passports and gave me a key - I asked where do I go and he pointed down the corridor . No restaurant available or bar to have. ...

Lovely hotel. Communication from the hotel was great. Room clean and beautifully decorated, the upgrade was a great treat. Room quiet and slept well as bed was large and comfy. Staff who we spoke to were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
