"Great staff, fast and friendly Service. Hotel itself is a bit outdated given its age and location, in need of a mild refresh. Curtains were hanging on my a thread and needed to be repaired. Toiletries were nice but I’m allergic to Argan Oil so that was a bummer because almost all products had that in them. Rooms service was great but wish there were real Utensils and drinkware versus just takeout boxes and such. Room was clean enough but hotel needs to invest in aroma diffusers to cover up general musty odor. Club room on 15th floor was ok, nothing to write home about. Room was fairly clean. Would recommend - great location. "

"PROS - easy check-in, free parking option, and free shuttle that covered basically all of downtown Tulsa. Rooms were large and nice finishes. CONS - spent time at the rooftop bar at night and for brunch. super slow service and very unattentive even though there was a ton of servers behind the bar. Also room had a nearly full kitchen setup but it seemed odd you had to have staff come unlock the fridge and no microwave. also had to cover the fridge with towels in order to sleep cause the light on it was so bright. All in all it was a good spot to stay for one night, but for $300 will look elsewhere next time"
