Due to circumstances that are beyond my control we weren’t able to visit this hotel. We were forced to cancel the trip 5 days before our booking, due to sickness in our family, and I wanted to reschedule for another time, but the hotel policy didn’t allow me to rebook or negotiate the fees, and charged me with the whole amount of our staying, which I find outrageous. I tried to talk to Expedia as well, but they didn’t help at all, since it was the hotel policy. I’m wondering what their role is in the whole booking process, besides getting the booking fees.
I definitely find the hotel policy very rude and not customer oriented, and will never book my stays at this hotel again.
