Room furniture appliances bed sets look run down and so does the look of the building and reception area! The staff in general is good. It took pause to confirm my reservation existed. I was under the impression that I have breakfast included and I told I didn’t have. Please verify.?

Great location and very clean hotel. However, the receptionist was rude, did not speak English well, and was unprofessional for a 5-star hotel. Pool service was poor no menu available, and it took almost 45 minutes to receive one. Other than that, the hotel is very good.

The room was spacious, and the staff members were friendly. Amazing Red Sea view.

I couldn’t fault the hotel — it was perfect. We travelled from Scotland on an overnight flight and arrived very early, around 9 a.m. Although check-in was at 3 p.m., the staff kindly allowed us to check in early so we could rest, which we really appreciated. I was visiting Jeddah for my niece’s wedding, and the whole experience was wonderful. On departure day, even though our flight was at night, they also allowed us to stay until 3 p.m., which made a big difference. The service was excellent, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel was extremely clean. The location is very convenient, surrounded by shopping, restaurants, and cafés.
