They were very caring, making sure we receive top service and advised us on our plans. The cabins are very cute and cozy, and very clean with perfect views. "The only good things I can say about the room is that it was clean and the location was good. We could not shower because the bathroom was tiny. We couldn't fit. We could hardly fit to use the toilet. The towels were tiny and thin. The twin beds were low and uncomfortable. The breakfast was just as spartan as the room. The hotel rates were low, but the condition of the room was lower. This hotel made our experience in Lourdes awful. "

"The lady in the reception was very kind to welcome us and catered our needs. We had a very nice view of the balcony and our room had a pantry which was surprisingly complete of appliances and was quite useful as the shops/restaurants in the area were mostly closed during our stay. We cleaned the room upon leaving so they didn't charge us extra. It was easy to book a taxi going to the train station through the reception and the taxi arrived immediately. Overall, we had a great stay. "
