"The hotel was perfectly located for a night on the town. The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff all treated us well during our stay. There were no complaints about the room; it was pretty clean and mostly quiet. We enjoyed the live music during brunch before we checked out."

"Room had one wash cloth with reservations for two, when requested housekeeping staff showed up with blankets under his arm stating he didn’t have any on his cart. Took another couple of calls to finally get another set of towels and a wash cloth."

"Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up and check me in. When I got to my room, it was blocked open and looked like someone had snuck in to take a shower because towels were used/missing. I was way to tired to deal with it, so I just let it slide. Ragged linens need to be replaced and hall carpet in serious need of vacuuming/shampooing. People loitering around entrance. Breakfast was decent."
