The staff were super helpful and kind. The room was perfect with all the amenities you would need. And the location is so ideal. Easy walking distance to the acropolis, restaurants, cafes and subway. Also appreciated their commitment to the environment. Would stay here again!

Lovely location and very central. Nice selection at breakfast. The team are amazing. My mum was unwell and Chara and George were incredible. Chara went way above, above and beyond. I would recommend this hotel to my family

It was a great location and very nice hotel. The staff were very helpful. The room was big and clean. It was walking distance to good restaurants and the square. The train station was walking distance as well.

Our feeling, after spending over a week at this property, is that it is a 3.5 star hotel aspiring to be a 4 star hotel. The biggest draw for us was the view of the Acropolis, both from our room and our furnished balcony - the view for the Junior Suite was unobstructed and quite frankly magical. However, the room itself was small - there was a lot of square footage lost in a balcony that was far larger than we could make use of. The room was clean, but a little run down, especially in the bathroom, which was also small but well-appointed. The climate control system was very noisy and never seemed to turn off, which wasn't great for sleeping. The staff was very helpful, with excellent restaurant recommendations, which they happily made reservations at. There are all kinds of restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was the same every day, with limited options - my wife described it as 'Spartan' - but the offerings were tasty. More breakfast options and freshening up the room could get them all the way to four stars.
