"Such friendly and helpful staff, and great food on the days that the restaurant was open for dinner (no dinner service available over the weekend but just eat are fine to deliver to the lobby!)"

"The floors were dirty. We placed our bags from the floor to bed and dirtied the bed with dust that was picked up from the bag. The sheets were all stained in both rooms. Very little amenities and 2 towels in each room. Was not enough for my family size. The air conditioning did not turn on either in one of the rooms."

"Perfect location, easy walk to train station, Campo Grande and Paseo Zorrilla."

"Excellent place !"

"I only had a brief day as I arrived late and had to check out early to catch a flight. But check in with smooth, the staff were very courteous, the room was very, very nice, and the breakfast was superb!"

"Centrally located next to Plaza Mayor. Convenient validated underground car park under Plaza Mayor."

"Staff is helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. All the areas were clean even though there is remodeling going on, which makes the entrance a bit tricky. All in all, it was a comfortable stay."
