"Had to call 3 times over the course of two hours to talk to someone. Elevator was out of service and we were put on the top floor. To make matters worse, we had the room right next to the stairwell so all we heard was the door opening and shutting all night and early morning."

"I stayed at this cheaper hotel near the airport for the shuttle. I was told it was $20 each way just 2 miles from the airport. Spend the extra $30 in say the double tree where the shuttle is free."

"The pictures of this property are not at all representative of the truth. This hotel smells, offers nothing except ice machines, carpets are disgusting, rooms are dilapidated, furniture is falling apart and literally everything needs to be updated. The pool is under construction (or possible deconstruction) and the hot tub is broken. Not that I would get in anyway! There is no door for the bathroom so there is zero privacy. Last and important, the hotel is not wheelchair accessible as advertised. All of the doors are not wide enough to fit a standard wheelchair. It is in fact NOT wheelchair accessible. The staff was kind and helpful but the hotel is a total wreck."
