Staff could not have been nicer or more attentive. Lovely hotel and the location was excellent. Only issue I had was the lack of balcony meant it was difficult to get towels and swimsuits dry. Otherwise the place is faultless if you're looking for some peace and quiet in a beautiful setting.

Stayed for 10 nights, room very clean, and maids popped in every day to tidy up and change towels, very comfi beds, good WI-FI in the room, reception staff always very helpful with tips and directions; did not have a balcony (but then I did not request a room with balcony so I cannot fault them). The place is stunning! It is a very special place with people that love to have people to stay and have the best time. It is a personal stay, very relaxed and calming. The breakfast is phenomenal!!! We will 100% return!

Staff excellent from start to finish

Beautiful hotel set on the lower slopes of Lanzarote, looking out on to the sea. The hotel is stunningly designed, with large rooms, amazing breakfasts, and a great pool. It is secluded and with only 20. rooms, it feels like a personally curated experienced. If you are wanting easy access to a beach and other restaurants (the hotel has its own restaurant but the menu is fairly expensive), this is probably not the hotel for you. We had a rented car but you can come to stay here by bus. It provides free transport to Lanzarote airport. The breakfast was excellent with chosable eggs, and excellent cold meat selections. One of the best possible o/night or longer stays near the airport.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the food was absolutely delicious with a wide choice. Accommodation was very comfy and spacious. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would return to this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here very much, it was quite and walkable distance to old & new town.

We spent a week in this new, tastefully designed hotel. The highlight for us was the ‘chill area’ with its architectural awnings, white curtains and comfortable loungers. The only downside, in our opinion, was Puerto del Carmen itself which is very commercialised. However there are some restaurants with nice views overlooking the port. Lovely, clean, safe, friendly apartment blocks a short, easy walk from centre of Costa Teguise. Furnished to a high standard, lovely strong shower, plenty of towels, kitchen equipped with all the essentials, including filter coffee machine, lovely swimming pool, Martin's bar open by the pool in the afternoons and evenings, Reception office manned 9-5.30 with helpful and friendly staff. Apartment was cleaned well every day. We would definitely stay here again, excellent value for money.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and this time we stayed longer because we like it. This time let me concentrate on the little things The room looked nice with nice proper tumblers and ,new this visit , tea and coffee in the room, nice fittings, hot water in vast supply..
