"At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening. Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around. "Los departamentos son pareados y nos tocaron unos huéspedes en el piso de abajo que tuvieron la música prendida hasta las 2:15 am haciendo mucho ruido y la administración cierra a las 22:00 hrs por lo que no hay ningún control. Tina con sarro.,No lo recomiendo "

"Tivemos um problema com a reserva. O proprietário não sabia que havíamos feito a reserva e por isso não nos esperava. No entanto, havia o número de telefone dele no comprovante da reserva e eu liguei e ele atendeu e conseguimos resolver tudo. Ele foi muito atencioso. Lugar incrível, porém frio. Mesmo com o aquecedor no máximo, fez bastante frio. Quem viaja com criança, a escada também é perigosa, pois fica um espaço aberto e qualquer descuido, pode cair no 1º andar."

Geralmente quando isso acontece é oferecido algo melhor mas nos foi oferecido 2 cabanas onde os chuveiros não eram bons, mas enfim foi tudo bom. A piscina poderia estar mais limpa. A jacuzzi sem condições de uso. Café da manhã muito bom."
