Staff are nice people. The room was dated, dirty walls and other places that the cleaning staff can't really help. Exposed box spring of the bed. Room key requires a certain je-ne-sais-quoi for it to work on the door. More of a property owner issue? Otherwise, sheets and towels were OK. A/C was cool. ...
