Great setting. Good size rooms. Easy access from the station & to the lifts at the bottom of the Village. The lakeside setting is lovely and is probably even more attractive in the Summer. Food was good, the spa very nice indeed. Overall, we had a lovely few days and the experience was pretty special.

Fantastic stay at the Valsana Hotel in Arosa. Great breakfast and staff were all super friendly. Room was huge and really nicely furnished, very comfortable bed. Hiring mountain bikes through the hotel is great value. Also enjoyed the wonderful spa.

Relaxing stay with nice balcony including view
Comfortable large room and balcony. Also the bathroom is pretty spacious and clean. The location is perfect right a when you arrive at Arosa and super central. The Spa especially the sauna and steamroom is great and in new condition. The indoor pool is not large but just nice. The breakfast is delicious buffet not huge but with a small menu to order the war food fresh. We would come back again

Friendly service, spacious rooms with comfy beds
We received a very warm welcome at reception on arrival Our room was large with comfortable beds and large balcony. The hotel restaurant had good social distancing organisation and the food was amazing both at dinner and breakfast when everything was cooked fresh to order. We will definitely be returning next year. The Arosa card issued by the hotel gives free travel on buses, trains and cable cars in the area which makes sightseeing very affordable.

Such a fantastic hotel, a perfect escape from the city. Lovely rooms, impeccably clean, a fantastic relaxing spa area and a wonderful breakfast. The staff were so helpful and gave wonderful recommendations for walks and restaurants. We will be back again soon!

Persönlicher Service, aufmerksames Personal, sehr schöner SPA-Bereich und Wellness/Fitness Angebot, hervorragendes Frühstück - auch die Apartments (wir hatten einen Upgrade auf Zweibettzimmer erhalten) sind sehr geräumig mit toller Aussicht, ruhig, und gefielen uns ausgezeichnet!

Ein echtes Juwel in Arosa
Man wird vom Chef begrüsst, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, man bekommt hervorragende Negronis. Das Design ist modern, trotzdem heimelig. Viele kleine alpine Elemente. Alles ist sehr sauber und man fühlt sich willkommen. Negativ war einzig, dass wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Merci ans ganze Valsana-Team für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Ein wunderschönes Weekend im Valsana
Es war ein grossartiger Aufenthalt im Valsana. Schon der Empfang war sehr freundlich und das ging da so das Ganze Weekend weiter. In diesem Hotel arbeiten nur Leute die den Job gerne machen und den Gast verwöhnen, beraten, unterstützen. Das Zimmer, wir haten eine Junior Suite, war super und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Bad ist gross, der Balkon zu See ist es auch. Wir haben im Restaurant am Abend gegessen und auch da war alles sehr gut. Die Küche ist spannend und man findet viele gute Gerichte, die mit Liebe gemacht sind. Meine Frau und ich sind begeistert und werden ganz sicher wieder kommen und weiter schöne Tage im Valsana geniessen. DANKE allen Mitarbeitern. PS: Bilder auf der Website entsprechen der Realität. Meine Bewertung ist ernstgemeint und nicht gekauft worden!
