"The Hotel is very close to Arosa Ski and Sled Trails. It is silent and very clean. The beds are slightly too soft for us (we are at average weight) and not many parking spaces are available. The staff is very friendly and tries it’s best after the fusion with Hotel Excelsior. Not all the things yet work very smooth but hopefully the next time we probably stay there."

"Great location halfway up the village,so easy to access both cable cars. Room was spacious with a great view of the mountains from the balcony and very quiet generally. Loved the rainforest shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Be warned,no kettle in room, so take a travel kettle and mug if you like a cup of tea in your room."
