"This is the second time we stay at this beautiful place. Great location, comfortable rooms, good food, and most importantly amazing staff that always go the extra mile to make your stay a special one. Special thanks go to Mr. José Mendez who always makes sure that all guests are having a wonderful time. "We very much enjoyed staying at the D. Maria Apartments. Clean bedroom and bath. The building’s street elevation is of historic design, the interior has been renovated but kept the large granite stone walls. Walking distance to restaurants and vine bars, easy park-house parking. Hotel is quiet and has a very helpful and accommodating staff. We returned for a second stay."

"The apartment (3) was absolutely spotless, it was like we were the first people there. Brand new washing/drying machine, oven and fridge freezer, comfortable, clean beds, towels and large table. There is no kettle or toaster, these would be useful additions, as would a variety of glasses (there were only very small ones) and there were only large plates and one cereal bowl.
