Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!

Ultra modern, very clean, good situation well away from mass tourist resorts. Maybe more attention could have been given to the suite before our arrival - There were quite a few technical hitches, which were corrected after we reported them.

Lovely week at this great hotel. Location is great in La Caleta and far enough away from the very built up resorts. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming, food was simple but very fresh and we really enjoyed our stay. As an Expedia VIP, we were treated as a VIP by the hotel which is always nice! We were their two weeks after opening and even though work was going on to finish gardens and not all cafes were open it wasn't an issue and I think it will all be done in the next...

From the moment we arrived to the time we left the friendly attentive staff made us feel welcome and at home. Even the General manager made daily rounds to talk to guests and listen to their comments. Decorated in a colourful Mexican hacienda style it is beautifully appointed throughout with a number of quiet secluded areas in the grounds around the hotel and pool. The pool area is delightful, has an island and waterfall in front of a covered grotto, a children's pool and includes areas shaded...

Really big spacious rooms, lots of storage, fridge, very large wardrobe. Also generous sized balcony with clothes rack for drying.pool area done really well- patio stone which is cleaned every day, large comfy pool loungers, lots of palm trees and vegetation.

We stayed for a 50th birthday birthday and had a wonderful time. We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony. Our was spotless, cleaned everyday The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely. All in all we had a great stay and were planning to go back again next year.

Close to the beach and the main shopping street. Will stay again on our visit around this Autumn.

I checked into the hotel over the new year break. From walking into reception on the 1st day I could not fault the hotel. Good Location, recently refurbished, friendly polite staff, clean, good food. Plenty to see and do in local area. The big plus being an adults only hotel.

The hotel has had a much needed renovation & is looking amazing. Rooms & communal areas are very modern and brand new sunbeds at the pool. Great selection of food at breakfast.

The resort was really excellent, good facilities, staff very friendly, food varied with theme nights i.e. Chinese, Mexican and was good to excellent and catered for everyone. The only thing that let the restaurant down was lack of pest control with flies and birds i.e. a good net, as the birds flew towards the counters to get the food, thankfully everything was covered with lids The apartments were clean and very accommodating for those who want a self catering holiday, but from a family of...

Great property, extremely clean and well maintained, every member of staff was friendly courteous and very helpful.

Excellent as always. food is really good compared to other higher stared hotels in the area. hotel is very clean, right in the centre with all you need for a perfect holiday on your door step

Great hotel, close to the beach. Modern rooms and excellent facilities. A range of activities during the day and good entertainment in the evening. Beautiful views From the rooftop bar.

Where do I begin? An absolutely superb hotel located up in the hills not too far from the beach. The hotel had breathtaking views and they had clearly invested a lot to make it look absolutely sublime. I thoroghly enjoyed the Asian style decor which was consistent throughout the whole hotel. The staff were very friendly and the cleanliness of the place was absolutely mind blowing. What I enjoyed most was how perfectly it was located. Not too far from the beach, but far away from the noisy,...

We had an enjoyable stay. The weather was perfect, the food delicious and the the friendliness of the everyone made our stay a wonderful experience. We are definitely coming back for more relaxation, good food and some warm weather.

I've been to tenerife 9 times in the last 7 years , stayed in 6 different hotels and to be fair all have been good . the Andorra is in my favourite location - near the beach (10 min stroll) and near the safari centre shopping centre (5 min stroll) with it's great shops/food/bars (if you haven't been to tenerife before the safari area is like a mini las vegas) .i stayed in the main hotel with a pool facing room which was lovely , air con little more than a breeze and took a bit of time to chill...

Had a lovely relaxing all inclusive holiday here within walking distance to whatever takes your fancy gran oasis resort is beautiful and pictures really do not do it justice staff work so hard and are extremely welcoming would love to return in the future

The Mediterranean palace certainly has the Wow factor...we loved it. Really big, comfortable, clean ,close to all the local shops, restaurants and beaches. Everything about it was impressive..comfortable beds andseating inside and out. The breakfast was very good , lots and lots of choice..everything you could possibly want...they cook omelettes with a choice of fillings to order...and even have a constant supply of bubbly for breakfast!!!The whole hotel and grounds were very clean...a huge...

Stayed here for a week, and honestly? Not bad at all. The place is clean, the staff are friendly as hell, and the apartments are bigger than my student flat—kitchen, living area, balcony, the whole deal. Great if you’re not into cramming into a hotel room like sardines. Pool’s decent, gym’s basic but usable, and there’s a mini-market on-site for when you’re too hungover to trek down the hill. Speaking of which… that hill? It’s a calf-buster. Be prepared to hike or rely on the free shuttle...
