The reception area is lovely and you can tell there has been an effort to give the rooms a facelift, but there is still some work to be done as quite dated. Beds and pillows are rock solid and walls are very thin, but I slept surprisingly well. Everything felt clean and safe and the staff were lovely

Average and okay.

The room was clean enough, although a bit tired and dated. The comfort of the beds wasn't ideal, but the hotel overall was okay and great if within a budget. P.s. dont forget the rooftop area for sunbathing if you prefer it a little quieter. There is a shower to keep cool also.

+ el apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas para una semana de vacaciones + la limpieza es correcta, aunque no le veo sentido que haya dos días seguidos que no limpian, en lugar de alternarlo + es genial que tienen autoservicio de lavandería + la piscina está bien + el desayuno es muy amplio, variado y bueno ;) + tiene un parque / zona de juegos para niños en la primera planta - es una vergüenza tener que pagar por el wifi - negativo tener que pagar por cojines para las hamacas de piscina - se escucha bastante el ruido de los bares alrededor por la noche - fatal no poder abrir correctamente la ventana de la habitación donde duermes para ventilar - no tiene vistas al mar ni la playa está cerca, un paseo de 20 minutos tienes que echar Aún así hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia y las vacaciones, y volveríamos!

Over het algemeen redelijk. Al met al zou een opknapbeurt op zijn plaats zijn omdat er wat achterstallig onderhoud is wat aandacht behoeft. De schuifdeur naar het balkon bijvoorbeeld was bijna niet open te krijgen.

Excellent customer service and a most functional apartment, ten minutes walking from the beach, so plenty of shops and restaurants on the way. The best is the bike rental to move around the area

The Aguamar is clean and well presented in communal indoor and outdoor areas. Breakfast was included and the choice and quality was very good. Apartments were fairly recently refurbished, comfortable and adequate. Good location for bars, restaurants and supermarkets, the nearest just across the road from the hotel. Paid approx £50 extra for WiFi ( 1 device ) a safe deposit box and 3 sun lounger cushions for the week. The pool area was lovely and got sun from 10 am until the evening. The only downside is the noise from the building work nearby from the machinery and loading of trucks.

Great location and apartment, friendly staff :)

Great hotel! Great location, nice pool area and helpful and friendly staff. The apartment was nice and well furnished, but the bathroom was kind of run down, specially the shower. Black spots on the walls and tub side and sticky shower curtain. It hadn’t been cleaned properly when we arrived either , hair everywhere. After I washed the whole bathroom with detergent and hot water, we were ready to start our vacation. Internet was not good. 30 euros for 2 devices for a week, and it barely worked. The free network in the pool area was horrible too. I would stay there again but not buy their internet and ask them for a fresher and better cleaned bathroom.

Overall nothing to point any fingers at as such but the place is a bit worn down. A huge drawback though is that WIFI and matresses for sunbeds are at a charge! Really.!!. It’s 2019. I don’t think that price matches value. Service and breakfast great though.

Glimrende ophold.

Fantastisk flot, lys og lækker lejlighed. Lækkert med soltag for voksne, hvis man er træt af, at børn render rundt ved pølen, hvor det godt nok er forbudt at larme for meget og spille bold. Også rart at der findes helt strikse regler med hensyn til f.eks. musik ved poolen. Lejligheden var meget lydt. Jeg kunne høre, når de hostede ved siden af, og når de var på badeværelset. Tæt på busstationen i Los Christanos.
