"Staff were very nice and professional. We get to the Hotel around 9:00pm and ask for a restaurant to have dinner. They have an excellent food and super clean restaurant in the facility. The front desk called the restaurant to have a table for us ready at 9:15, they wait for us and the food was excellent. The transportation to the airport is a ++++++ service. Once you arrive you call them and the pick up is in no more than 10-15 min Excellent choice if you want a peace of mind and be close to the airport that BTW you better be there 3 hrs before your international fly if you don’t want to lose it."

"This hotel is a convenient place to stay before or after a flight from Malpensa Airport. There are several supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes' drive away. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are kind and helpful, and the breakfast is good and offers a sufficient variety. The only downside is that the hotel shuttle to the airport can sometimes be full, so it's worth booking in advance if possible. However, if you're traveling by car, the hotel offers free parking."

"Very nice and clean hotel, prompt and all day shuttle service, spacious rooms with air conditioning. Water bottles were provided unlike other hotels. Everything was good."

"We stayed for a night since we were flying next morning. Very kind staffs. Nice and clean room. Wonderful breakfast selections compared to Holiday express in US. 5 euro/ person for the shuttle to the airport. A staff recommend the restaurant near by (it seems like only one restaurant). If you want to go to that restaurant instead of the hotel food, make a reservation early enough. We went there and had to wait 45min. Overall hotel itself is excellent."

"This is an amazing hotel in many ways! The staff are incredibly warm and helpful; the location is fantastic --with breath-taking views; the swimming pools and spa are top-notch; the restaurant food and service are excellent. It is an easy walk to Stresa, where we enjoyed shopping and drinks. I simply cannot say enough good things about our stay! I give this hotel my highest recommendation."
