"Sea view. Lovely room with balcony."

"Room was very clean, it was an Atrium so no balcony. Very comfortable bed and 3 great pillows. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. We’ve stayed in this hotel a few times already. Always been excellent, apart from one negative and this is the first time for this hotel. The toilet had a bad drains smell throughout the stay. Had to keep bathroom door closed at all times."

"A good view of the sea. Nice staff. Clean room. Had to ask reception for extra pillows 3 times, i requested extra pillows when i booked room. Uncomfortable bed, Uncomfortable pillows. No direct view of tv from the bed. "

"Everything about our stay was excellent. Weather was a little iffy so never tried the pool but the facilities looked great. Good location too"

"Our room door was left wide open for 6-8 hours on multiple occasions, even after making a complaint about it to reception staff. The reception staff and manager were rude and unprofessional and the housekeeping staff/management, in addition to leaving room doors wide open, left a master key card on the table in our room, which presumably would have provided access to every room in the hotel! The hotel's resolution to all of these issues by numerous members of staff from multiple departments was to have a word with the person who cleaned our room! "

"I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. My room was very spacious and clean and had a gorgeous view of the sea. Oldtown area was so nice to walk about in. I would definitely stay again."
