we check in and no face towels around, so I went to the office was not available while my husband had used a kitchen towels to wash his body, tv volume will not lower, had to accommodate laptop between microwave and refrigerator for connection and counter. Around 945pm hearing next door banging the wall.

Very convenient location with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Only a few blocks from the Tourist Information Centre. Very clean room and comfortable. Appreciated the hot chocolate sachet.

Awful - avoid
AWFUL. Upon entering the room, we were “greeted” with a huge bag full of rubbish and a few glass bottles behind the door. Upon entering the bathroom, we were “greeted” with multiple hairs in multiple locations from previous occupants. There were human hairs on the floor around the toilet and under the vanity, and on the shower wall. Upon inspection of the bedding, we were “greeted” with dog hairs on the pillow cases. We invited the manager to inspect our room and she did. Manager told us the owner has a dog and they were definitely dog hairs on the pillow cases. She offered to vacuum the bathroom floor but nothing was offered re dog hairs. At 10:30pm, the loud talking and swearing (from a drunk person and others staying next door) began directly outside our room. This loud noise, including dragging our outdoor furniture around, continued for hours. We felt very uncomfortable. Our phone call to reception went to message bank. Manager apologised to us in the morning for the noise. Would never stay here again. Also, if you don’t like smelling neighbours’ cigarette smoke, then stay somewhere else.

above expectations
I travel often with work so when I booked into the Estelle Kramer Motor Inn my expectations exceeded in every way. The onsite manager was so friendly and helpful during check-in and the duration of our stay. The room was modern and spotlessly clean.

It is very basic but good to have microwave and some cutlery and crokery in room. Bathroom is a bit small though. It is a good choice for one or two nights stay

The ladies caretaking while the owners are on leave were so so friendly and helpful, thank you so much That’s what people will remember, the human interactions. We will definitely stay with you guys again when we’re in Armidale 😊

The staff were very welcoming. There were plenty of biscuits, tea bags, coffee and we were offered fresh milk for making a hot drink. Also, there was a microwave, fridge, big TV and plenty of cutlery, and crockery. The main bed was a bit tired but the pillows, sheets, blankets were lovely. however, I would happily stay there again as it was located very close to the centre of town and good value.

We checked in and in the room allocated to us was a broken table and on notifying the staff, we were instantly moved to another room which was bigger and even more beautifully set with no extra charge. Staff are very friendly and value their customers with excellent customer service. We stayed for two nights. Keep up the good work.
