"We stayed for 3 nights in a mountain view king room. Beware if you book a superior king you will most likely be looking on to a fire escape and ac units, we payed extra for the view. The room itself is well appointed with all the amenities you need. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are on the roof with an amazing view. "I stayed 2 nights with my new wife and we loved the place. It is right next to a mall so we had easy access to anything we needed and we got lucky and was able to park in the main parking lot on site but there are only a few parking spots there so we loved our spot and did not ever have to make the short walk from their other parking lot. "North American couple on vacation: we liked this hotel, it's small, clean, the staff was friendly. It looked like the pictures, and had a pedestrian only street in front. The mattress was the hardest we'd ever encountered. Our issue was being white people with poor Spanish. We chose Armenia as a bigger town central to the coffee growing area, as we were going to be visiting several towns in the area. This hotel isn't in tourist area, though.
