"I had a great time at the Cannatel Hotel. It was very clean, staff was really friendly and always happy to help. The resort is gorgeous and relaxing. It's also well located and walking distance from that little mall (just west) where you can find a nice grocery store and some great restaurants (like Rancho Eden). I would greatly recommend to anyone and especially couples for a nice gateway."

"North American couple on vacation: we liked this hotel, it's small, clean, the staff was friendly. It looked like the pictures, and had a pedestrian only street in front. The mattress was the hardest we'd ever encountered. Our issue was being white people with poor Spanish. We chose Armenia as a bigger town central to the coffee growing area, as we were going to be visiting several towns in the area. This hotel isn't in tourist area, though. Don't look for English to be spoken. We stood out...

Habitación amplia y cómoda, bien iluminada, agua caliente, aire acondicionado, televisor y un cómodo sillón. Volvería. Recomendado. "

"La estadia la hace fabulosa sus afitriones que son muy amables y serviciales. En relacion con las instalaciones hace falta ventilacion en las habitaciones y son muy sencillas. El comedor tambien puede mejorar. Por el precio esta bien pero es importante saber que la casa como se ve es de los duenos, los huespedes usan las habitaciones, el comedor y la piscina. Es un lugar muy agradable y como lo dije, sus afitriones son espectaculares."
