The person in charge at the front desk ‘Viviana’ was disrepectul to my wife as she appears to dislike Mexican people, making inapropiate remarks. The rooms werecozy but with spiders, the TV never worked. We would never check in to this place again

Les falta mejorar la comida

Excelente hotel, personal amable y atento, las instalaciones impecables y su ubicación excelente cerca al parque del café, pude visitarlo a pie desde este hotel. Lo único que debe mejorar es sus comidas, el desayuno es aceptable, pero le falta mucha sazón, la cena del menú muy mala no tienen cuidado al prepara la carne muy dura al igual que el arroz se sentía que era recalentado, los jugos no tienen sabor solo agua colorada. Creo que si mejorara la cocina esto hace que el hotel sea optimo, lo mejor de comer son la Hamburguesería.

Excelente extadia

En general la estadia fue maravillosa, se pasa poco tiempo en el hotel por que el plan es salir a conocer los pueblos del Quindio, pero el tiempo que pasamos en el hotel fue maravilloso, el personal siempre atento, el desayuno excelente, lo único malo es el TV, pocos canales y muy mala imagen.

Un buen hotel en el eje cafetero

El hotel es relativamente nuevo y los servicios ofrecidos cubren las necesidades para un viaje de descanso. Las habitaciones son cómodas y cuentan con el espacio suficiente para descansar. La TV por cable es bastante limitada (3 canales) y el internet también. Esto puede mejorar. El personal es muy atento en cada uno de los servicios. El parqueadero es suficiente.

Súper clean, food was delicious, but the best of the hotel is the customer service. All the employees make us feel home. Súper recommended if you are looking for a hotel in the region. The hotel is located walking distance to the coffee theme park.( about 1Km)

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und wird kontinuierlich in Stand gehalten. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu werden. Das Essen ist frisch, reichlich und die taeglich wechselnden Menues sind top. Kinder sind willkommen. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Details, wie komplette Gesellschaftsspiele und viele Steckdosen auf der ueberdachten Terrasse. Wifi hat man ausreichend stark ueberall. Wir haben uns gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder!
