"We arrived late around 9pm from driving all day, the check in is through a machine you have to type in your reservation in a computer and it was fine just a lot extra to do, the rooms smelled like cigarettes, toilet very loud and we could hear everyone around us! "The maintenance was very poor in our room 129. The toilet roll holder and hand head shower unit were both hanging off the wall. The mirror light was not working with its wire hanging below the mirror. The lamped face mirror was fitted upside down or too low. I couldn't use it to shave. The sink drain plug/stopper would not retain the sink water."
