The kids bed wasnt made up. They just left the sheets on the bed and pillow and towel in the bag. No kettle in room and no one at reception to ask for extra towels.

When I arrived the room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, full of shaving stubble. Luckily, the employee was Portuguese and I changed rooms. Filthy hallways, guests smoking in the elevator, an unbearable smell of drugs! My room wasn't cleaned on the two nights I stayed.They changed my room to the Ibis style. To say it has the Ibis standard, it doesn't.

Pour une nuit de passage à quelques heures de sommeil, nous avons bien apprécié la chambre. La douche est sympa et la chambre était propre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la courtoisie de Fabienne à la réception.
