"Accommodation was lovely but we were in the Courtyard rooms and walls were paper thin. Could hear every conversation next door, which really impacted our stay in a negative way. Staff were nice and hotel itself has been expertly refurbished. Food was very good but could be elevated to make it really amazing. "

"When arrived at hotel reception it was noisy and congested with children 👧 running around. I asked if possible for a room I quiet area of hotel, this was accommodated at an additional cost of £180 euros hence total cost £792 for two nights bed and breakfast, not good value for money.Room was clean and aided a restful night. Breakfast was like Piccadilly Circus with Children and a cartoon character walking around. I asked for gluten free crackers but not availability as don’t eat bread. Poor selection of fresh fruit and had grilled tomato which was merely Luke warm. On second morning asked to be seated at a quieter area which was accommodated. This hotel is definitely very suited to those with young families as very family oriented ."

"This is a superb hotel I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved that they served the hot breakfast to your table and the food both dinner in the bar and breakfast In the restaurant were piping hot and delicious. Bedroom was spacious. Warm and comfortable. I totally recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again. "
