Um paraíso na Camarga
Um paraíso no meio da Camarga! Toda a água , vegetação autóctone e animais (cavalos, flamingos, Martas etc) totalmente integrados no hotel e bem junto das nossas villas! Pequeno almoço muito completo e zona da piscina linda. Já era a nossa segunda vez neste hotel. Iremos voltar!

Très bon séjour.
Belle chambre familiale mais pas pratique avec des enfants (5 ans pour la petite) car la chambre des enfants est à l'étage et accessible via un escalier qui ressemble plus à une échelle.
Pour le reste, belle déco et belle terrasse.
Piscine avec vue sur le marais. L'ensemble est très beau et très agréable.
Restaurant un peu too much au vu du reste de l'hôtel : on pouvait se passer des noeuds papillons et des cloches sur les plats.
Une faute de goût : la pub pour la boutique de l'hôtel affichée dans les toilettes...

Einfach Fantastisch!!!
Der Aufenthalt war fantastisch. Herausragendes Personal, wunderschöne Aussenanlage, eigener Sitzplatz mit Sitzecke und Hängematte, super Essen und trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt, die Intenetverbindung ist sehr schlecht. Es war kaum möglich E-Mails zu lesen.

Agréable séjour de trois nuits dans cet hôtel très bien tenu et soigné. Le petit nombre de chambres et le service attentionné fait qu'on s'y sent à l'aise et l'espace à disposition est suffisant pour trouver son petit endroit tranquille. Très bon buffet pour le petit-déjeuner et le restaurant gastronomique de l'hôtel est à recommander.

Lieu magique et personnel exceptionnel mais...
Cadre magnifique et calme. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont vraiment des prestations exceptionnelles. Tout le personnel, que ce soit à l'accueil ou au petit déjeuner, est d'une gentillesse, agréable, souriant, à l'écoute, "aux petits soins". Mais très grande déception quand même : la chambre "best price" ne répond ABSOLUMENT pas à un 5 étoiles. Elle ne devrait même pas être proposée aux clients, même à un prix "best price" et ce n'est pas visible sur le site d'Hotels.com (ni au niveau des explications, ni au niveau des photos). C'est tout juste à la hauteur d'un 2 étoiles : meuble télé vieux et délabré sur lequel est posé un bout de tissu, cache pile de télécommande de la télévision manquant, table d'appoint bancale,matelas à ressort pas très confortable, propreté très approximative (poil dans le lavabo, moustiquaire sale), passage pour rentrer dans la douche non réglementaire (même pas 60 cm),... et la liste est encore longue. Heureusement que le cadre (piscine + jacuzzi), l'environnement (le lac et la vue) et le professionnalisme du personnel rattrape l'énorme déception liée à la chambre.

La struttura presenta uno stile gradevole in linea con le altre costruzioni basse della Camargue immerse nella natura. Nel caso specifico lo stagno adiacente e le sue caratteristiche canne palustri che lo circondano ricordano in ogni momento il luogo particolare di questa area del sud della Francia. Il comfort è adeguato alle caratteristiche dell'hotel

Ein prächtiges Haus in der Camargue
Das Hotel liegt wunderschön an einem kleinen Etang und ist aufs Beste ausgestattet.Am Pool hat es genügend Sonnenschirme und man geniesst die Ruhe. Zimmer und Verpflegung sind ausgezeichnet. Einziger Makel: Das Abendessen muss man im Sommer wegen der vielen Mücken drinnen einnehmen.

Petit paradis en camargue
Séjours de 2 nuits , cadre romantique et idyllique en plein milieu de la camargue , piscine et jacuzzi face au marrais , calme et sérénité au rendez vous .

Hoteldirektion bemüht sich leidlich, dem nicht verhandenen aber ausgeweisenen 5 Sterne Standard gerecht zu werden. Qualität der Hotel/Restaurantküche ist gut.
