"The checkin after 6 pm is non-existent. I hardly found a paper hanging on entrance door with my name and surname written (where is any GDPR?) as if that could not be sent by email or any other regular way of contacting the guests. The place was clean however it was quite cold during the night as the radiators were not working in the room."
