Die villa wurde gebucht für sechs personen und die neue unterkunft war einfach ein zimmer wohnung für 6 Personen, einfach schrecklich. Unsers ganz geld ist weg umsonst. "

Callinica Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"A nice, motel-style property with a clean, moderately-sized room and balcony. Great for families with kids given its nice on-site pool and pool-side bar with drinks and food. Very close to a water park and beach, Staff at the reception and bar were friendly and courteous. Some small gripes: the air conditioner was working but not the most powerful/efficient. The property should update their information regarding check-ins as it wasn't clear. The information provided details that there is "no front desk" and that "the host will great guests on arrival." In reality there is a front desk so it lead to a little uncertainty as to what to do when we arrived as we were directed to go to the parking area which is on the opposite side of the building where the reception area isn't visible."

"A lovely hotel right on the beach. Great location next to all the restaurants and shopping. Easy to get a Taxi to Zante and the staff were most importantly the best of all! Especially Roxy and Johnnie. Overall, everybody was great though. Oh, and Ana upfront, made sure we were taken care of getting to and from the port. Price was great, definitely recommend. Everything you need is right here for an excellent 45 day vacation and not breaking the bank. Breakfast of course was excellent to start the day."

"We, my daughters and I, had a wonderful stay overall and really enjoyed our time here. The food was one of the highlights of our trip - the buffet offered an excellent variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with many delicious options each day, making it especially convenient for families. A special thank you to Christina, one of the managers, and Nadia at reception, who were exceptional and played a big role in making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We also greatly appreciated Demetrius and the drivers who transported us on excursions and to the ferry. Nadia from the reception area deserves special recognition for her warmth, attentiveness, and outstanding hospitality. The excursions were excellent, especially the northern island tour, which my children absolutely loved. The only downside for us was the towel policy, as guests were expected to reuse the same towels for several days and replacements were not readily available when needed. We also found that the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff varied depending on who was working. Overall, however, we had a very enjoyable stay and left with wonderful memories of Zakynthos."

Caretta Paradise Resort & Waterpark

"We really enjoyed this hotel! We had a lovely swim up room which was handy as being pregnant, it was easier to lounge around the room pool than going to the main ones. There was always a sun bed available and the children really enjoyed the facilities! Especially the water park and bouncy castle. The food was hit and miss but we always had something to eat each night. The restaurant choices were good, but booking them seemed unnecessary as they wasn’t always busy. To improve I would suggest a larger drinks variety as it was mainly fizzy or sweet drinks. Water provided in rooms or bottles of water available as part of All Inclusive. Also mats in the rooms as it can be very slippery when coming from the pool. Also, more information about activities available each day on the app, as well as showing your restaurant bookings. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and we are planning to come back with a larger group next time! Thanks for the lovely hospitality and kind staff assistance!"

"Overall an enjoyable holiday at a good hotel. Reception & bar staff very friendly- more so than buffet/restaurant staff who worked hard but smiled little. Breakfast coffee machines repeatedly breaking down or running out of milk was frustrating. "
