"I will never forget how the lady at the front desk, in the middle of the night, went out of her way to help my child. He made a mess, in his bed and she was beyond helpful! The housekeeping staff was also incredibly helpful and the kitchen staff always had fresh, warm food in the morning."

"We stayed in a 2 doubles room for one night. Two adults, two young kids. I thought I had booked a 2 queens room, so there was some disappointment here. The room was a bit outdated, the carpet had many dark stains which made it like quite gross. Beds were clean. I thought mine was comfy. My husband thought it was bympy and his feet were sticking out because the beds were not long enough. We did not have enough towels for 4 and the hair conditioner was out after 3 pumps. Breakfast was continental but mediocre. The sausage I ate was not great. All that for one night at $170. We probably won't come back. The room was quiet and the pool looked great but we did not get a chance to go in."
