"Clean room with an okay view of the garden"

"The hotel has a lot going for it, especially the setting. The pool area offers a great view and is a relaxing place to spend time, though the pool itself could have been cleaner. One of the bigger disappointments was that several advertised amenities weren’t available during our stay—the beach club was closed, along with some of the restaurants and the pool bar. That took away from the overall experience and value. That said, the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, which made a positive difference throughout the trip. The drinks were well made and enjoyable, but the food service was noticeably slow—even when the restaurant wasn’t busy—which became frustrating at times. Overall, we still had a good experience and enjoyed our stay, but it didn’t quite live up to expectations given what was advertised. With a few improvements and more consistency in what’s open and available, this could easily be a much stronger experience."

"If you want a wonderful team and a beautiful location with access to good restaurants, the beach, and sub-30 minutes into Kingstown, this is your place. They were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Can't wait to return again."
