Argostoli Marina Suites

"What a fantastic week staying here. Check in was easy. We arrived late evening and were given access codes and met with our keys. Super friendly host, Iasonas. Made us feel truly welcomed, and reassured if we needed anything to call / message. He gave great restaurant recommendations and very affordable car hire. The room itself was lovely and spacious. We stayed in Levante as a family of 3. Room was serviced daily and cleaned to a high standard (better than some 5* hotels!). We arrived to water, teas, coffee (there's a coffee machine). The bathroom again is spacious and clean. Decorated to a lovely modern standard. There were toiletries and a hair dryer. Plenty of wardrobe and storage space. Air con included and TV had netflix. The property is in the PERFECT location. Right opposite the turtles, and a short minute walk to restaurants. Supermarkets are all dotted along the front, closest is a 3 minute walk. We had the best time, and would not hesitate to book again on returning to Kefalonia. Thank you!"

"A wonderful stay at Aenos hotel. The bed was super comfortable with nice linens. The staff was exceptional - so helpful and friendly. From the front desk staff, to the breakfast staff and the cleaning crew...all of them amazing. Great location as it is in the center of the action (something to be aware of as sometimes there is music and noise at night). The breakfast buffet was superb! Great selection from yogurt, nuts, cereal, eggs and breakfast meats and some homemade sweets that were yummy. Overall it was a fantastic home-away-from-home stay!"

"Lovely hotel, centrally located. Nice breakfast and super helpful staff. Wonderful views across the bay. Very comfortable rooms. We were lucky enough to enjoy an upgrade to the penthouse with the jacuzzi! Fabulous!"

"Staff were super friendly. Hotel felt spacious, lots of sun loungers to choose from on the beach. Easy walk to tavernas and bars, as well as a mini market, both beach side and up in the village. The yoga classes were great-not all for yoga bunnies which was a relief!! The gym facilities super. Amazing sunsets every night. Concierge helped us with taxis, hire cars and gave a great outside recommendation for our anniversary dinner one night. Loved it"

"One power point was not working. Staff provided a power board. It’s an ageing hotel that needs an up grade. Filters on aircon needs to be cleaned. Better break fast menu. Greek breakfast not English"
Electra Kefalonia Hotel & Spa

"Situated near the airport, the hotel/resort is easy to get to. The hotel will arrange airport transport for a small fee. It is well staffed and exceptionally clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is on the ocean with access to a nice nearby beach. Several economical restaurants are within 2-3 minutes walk. Rental cars are available at the property (requiring international driving license) and are a must for seeing the area and the island. There are no shuttles to nearby towns or other parts of the island, so the rental car is the way to go. The restaurant food is very good, as is the free breakfast. The only "down side" would be the for the breakfast buffet where food was not replaced for long periods, example fried eggs and other items went empty for a while before they were refreshed. Other than that the place is really nice."

"My gf and I went and it was great, the main pool was practically free most of the time due to the personal pools most rooms had. The room pool it’s self was lovely and a nice size, although if you get too close to the edge you can see/are visible to other rooms as the walls either side ends. Each morning you get a lovely breakfast basket of bread/pastries and then select your main dish from the menu. Really enjoyed!"
