This delightful old property in the countryside, with a welcoming host, diner was served in the garden & breakfast was very satisfying. We only stayed the one night while en-route through France, but could have stayed longer.

Loved every minute of our stay, room was big and bathroom clean, pool was a nice touch with the weather being so warm, staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast but I'm sure it was just as amazing as the hotel. Location was closed enough to the centre but not too close.

A brilliantly run hotel with the most friendly staff and with rooms that you could pay twice as much for and still have a bargain. Very good place to stay

Excellent motel. Spacious room, excellent air conditioning and lovely big bed, and windows shutters! Fantastic value. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is in a quiet location away from the centre of town, which was exactly what we wanted, but town is just a short car ride if you need anything there. It's just a short dive into Saumur and is close to all the Loire valley attractions. We were shown to a good sized room on the ground floor overlooking a large well kept garden with a nice pond. The bedroom furniture was very plain but was completely functional. The bathroom was a good size but oddly had no shower screen or curtain - this...

Had the most friendly of welcomes and the staff could not do enough to ensure our stay was pleasurable. A very short walk away was the town with its many restaurants and shops however there is a restaurant on site. There is secure parking or off road parking. Breakfast exceeded expectations with a wide choice of cold meat, cheese and pastries, cereals and cooked food. The coffee was excellent.

The friendliest welcome ever! Teddy (the spaniel) and I had an excellent stay in this beautiful house. We were looked after extremely well and look forward to returning.

Good clean room. Plenty of towels which are changed every day. Very central to the area of Saumur.
